More About Me
I grew up in a small town near Hamburg in Germany, where I annoyed my two older brothers and destroyed a piano when I was seven.
After school, I studied linguistics, having no clue how that would earn me any money. I made the great plan to work in academia and finished my Ph.D. thesis in a very tedious process, just to find out that it’s not at all the job I wanted (neither wanted academia me).
Although I thought that software and business was boring, I ended up working in a consultancy, and it turned out I really liked it. After several years of coaching and training, I was hired by one of my clients. Fast forward several years I started working for Spotify moved to Stockholm, and here I am running my own consulting business.
My Passions
I like cooking (mostly Asian food) and baking my own bread.
I used sour dough before it was cool
Karate (Shotokan Style for those who care) was a big part of my life for more than 20 years.
Yes, that’s a black belt
I really enjoy kayaking in the Stockholm archipelago or in the Norwegian Fjords.
No, I haven’t learned to roll, yet
